What is ezFleet

The ezFleet management system is earmarked for customers who have a need to manage a fleet of vehicles. The challenges to such customers generally reside in the measurement of petrol and lubricant usage and can also incorporate convenience store purchases based on the benefits granted to the designated vehicle driver.

ezFleet captures the mileage at the point of sale as well as the value of the individual purchases limited to the types of purchases allowed to the driver, and records the data to the fleet owners database repository. As such, the fleet owner is capable of statistically reporting petrol usage over mileage to ensure that designated drivers are not operating outside of the company's rules and regulations.

ezFleet owners access this data over the world wide web which allows easy reporting of information anywhere and anytime.

The TSL ezFleet Management system consists of four components

• Offline Fleet.
• Online Fleet.
• Compound Management.
• Web Management and Reporting.

Offline ezFleet

• Transactions are updated once daily to the Hosting Centre at settlement time.
• Management reporting is available for usage statistics.
• Web service is available but data is 24 hours old.

Online ezFleet

• Transactions are online therefore validation is done at the host on every transaction.
• Real time exception handling is available.
• There is Less room for fraud.
• The Database is updated on every transaction.
• Website is available for realtime reporting.

Compound Management Features

• Allows access control in and out of compound based on pre-defined rules.
• Realtime notification on exceptions is available.
• Provides alerts and reminders on important dates such as Drivers Permit renewal, Insurance renewal, vehicle inspections etc.
• Easy tracking of vehicle and responsible Driver is standard.
